Fine Filter Mesh Purpose:
To prevent large mechanical impurities from entering the oil pump.It is installed in front of the oil pump.Types: fixed and floating.The current use of fixed.
1. It is used to filter impurities with large particles (diameter above 0.04mm) in lubricating oil.
2. Connection relationship with the main oil channel: It is a full-flow filter, connected in series between the oil pump and the main oil channel,
because of its small flow resistance to lubricating oil.
3. The coarse filter is composed of a shell, a paper filter element, a bypass valve, an oil inlet and an oil outlet, etc.The filter element is made of resin - treated porous filter paper folded.The two ends of the filter element are sealed by ring sealing rings, and the filter element contains metal mesh or thin iron sheet with mesh as the skeleton of the filter element.Principle of Crude Oil Filter Paper or sawdust is generally used as the filter element of crude oil filter in domestic automobile engines.Metal paper filter element type oil cleaner filter element is made of microporous filter paper, in order to increase the filter area, microporous filter paper is generally folded into a fan and corrugated shape.After phenolic resin treatment, microporous filter paper has higher strength, anti-corrosion ability and water-wet resistance. Fine Filter Mesh Ventilation Method:
1. Natural ventilation The ventilation method in which the gas extracted from the crankcase is directly directed into the atmosphere is called natural ventilation.This kind of crankcase natural ventilation is mostly used in diesel engines.A drooping air outlet pipe is connected to the valve chamber cover connected with the crankcase or to the lubricating oil filling port, and the pipe mouth is cut into an oblique opening in the opposite direction from the driving direction of the car.A certain degree of vacuum is formed at the outlet by using the airflow of the car running and the cooling fan, and the gas is extracted from the crankcase.
2. Forced ventilation of the crankcase from the gas into the engine intake pipe, inhalation of the cylinder before combustion.This kind of ventilation is called forced ventilation, and the crankcase forced ventilation is generally adopted in gasoline engines. In this way, the mixture that is injected into the crankcase can be recovered and used, which is conducive to improving the economy of the engine.
